As a person who is living the younger lifestyle, I enjoy quick and tasty recipes. The last thing I want to do is spend all of my free time standing over a hot stove in the kitchen. I mean, cooking meals in my home is great, it’s just that I do NOT want to spend all of my time doing it. I equally prefer a dinner that does not require a major clean up afterwards. So, I’m sharing a recipe that is easy to make and will not require the a major clean up afterwards.
Here is a quick way to make a delicious, fish dinner. Here is my Fish! Foiled Again! recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 fish filets ( Any white fish you like)
- ½ sweet onion chopped into thick rings
- ½ tablespoon olive or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
- Sliced lemon
- Favorite vegetables
Directions:
Place sliced onion rings on aluminum foil, then pace filets on top. Add oil and butter. Next, add lemon pepper seasonings. Place lemon slices on top.
Wrap ingredients tightly in the foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the fish is nice and flakey.
Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables! Let me know in the comments if you have tried it!
I’ll definitely try your fish recipe Tanya! Sounds delicious and healthy! Thanks!
I just know you are going to like it Raquel! I can feel it! Limited clean up and delicious food always works for me!
I have been browsing online greater than three hours lately, but I by no means found
any fascinating article like yours. It is beautiful value sufficient for me.
Personally, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you did,
the web might be much more helpful than ever before.
Thank you, Gregory.
